butterfly life cycle (zip-Datei)

This is a 3D print file for a tactile model of the butterfly life cycle. The set includes four sections and a base, representing the different stages of development. Alternative versions of the adult butterfly, egg, and chrysalis models are provided, allowing users to choose the preferred design. The printed elements can be placed together to form a complete life cycle display. The model was designed and tested as part of the 3D4VIP project. Printing instructions and tips: The model was tested on FDM printers with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. A layer height of approximately 0.18 mm and a first layer height of 0.27 mm are recommended. Support structures are not required. Alternative files marked with “_alt” offer different design options for the same life cycle stage; users can select the version that best suits their needs.
